Dr. Deonza Thymes
Harvard School of Public Health alumni, Dr. Deonza Thymes, along with Harvard's AI in Remote Healthcare Fellow, led the transition from an idea from Dr. Keith L. Black, thought leader to the GIVE mHealth AI, to the Harvard GIVE mHealth Initiative. Dr. Black was the doctor who tested the original version of GIVE mHealth and established it as the premier design for remote health digital diagnostics. He is one of the world's leading neurosurgeons and Chair of the Ceder-Sinai Department of Neurosurgery. He was featured in a 1996 episode of the PBS program The New Explorers entitled "Outsmarting the Brain". Esquire included him in its November 1999 "Genius Issue" as one of the "21 Most Important People of the 21st Century." He has been cited as an expert in reports about whether mobile phone use affects the incidence of brain tumors. Dr. Thymes led by taking his medical ideation and leading a council of doctors to establishing it at Harvard. Deonza led the examination of Dr. Black's assessment's that led to the first version of GIVE mHealth.

Dr. Joseph Sliwkowski
Dr. Sliwkowski served as clinical preceptor for residents at the Harvard School of Public Health and.has brought first-hand experience to his leadership role in medical technology start-ups. As medical director of a 80 physician multi-specialty group in Lafayette, IN, he spear-headed a collaboration between providers, employers, researchers and health plans to reduce health care costs. He has treated over 20,000 patients and is an expert in pain identification and treatment outcomes. His background in musculoskeletal medicine played a key role to the pain identification evaluation methodology of the GIVE mHealth patient-centric algorithm. He also served as Regional Medical Director of Emergence Health Holdings. He was Chief Medical Officer of Subaru and as corporate medical director of Wabash National. With Purdue Research Park, he helped apply agent-based software to optimizing health and wellbeing.

Reginald Mbawuike
Reginald is the AI in Remote Healthcare Fellow at Harvard University. At Harvard Business School, he was CEO Research Associate to Dr. Michael Porter -author of the best-seller “Redefining Healthcare”. The 12 executives who used his business analytics and market research increased their revenues by over $3.2 billion the following year. Reginald contributed analytics expertise with companies like Optum -Beacon Health Options and Bain & Company. He is the Lt. Governor Kerry Murphy Healy Senior Fellow for AI in Healthcare at Babson College Center for Health Innovation & Leadership (the world's #1 institute for Entrepreneurship). He has also lectured topics in IT and digital health at Yale, Wellesley, Northeastern, Babson, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Harvard University.

Lawrence Ganti
Lawrence Ganti, who raised $250 million for the White House's Operation Warp Speed led the commercialization strategy for Generating Innovation Venture & Enterprises, Inc. The CEO and Chief Business Officer of the corporation that initiated Operation Warp Speed entered the role of Chief Revenue Strategy Advisor of GIVE Inc. with similar market timing during the current AI bias threat as he did during the COVID-19 threat. He produced the go-to-market process for our diverse AI product that took similar length in detail to its solution as his other life-sciences solution. This method to reach 300 million Americans was established using SAAS methodologies than have been molded into GIVE mHealth's commercialization.

Tsvi Gal
Tsvi Gal is the Chief Technology Officer (Head of Enterprise Technology) for Memorial Sloan Kettering Center, NYC. Tsvi Gal is a renowned technology leader with experience as CIO, CTO and board member. Tsvi joined Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in April 2020 as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Enterprise Technology Services. Tsvi oversees the technical vision and delivery and supports the hospital clinical, administrative and research with modern high-performance computing and AI, move to the cloud, enacting Agile and DevOps and other initiatives. A recipient of the Einstein Award for Technology and Science from the President of Israel for pioneering on-line banking and trading, Tsvi’s career spans over three decades. Tsvi joined MSK from Morgan Stanley where he served as Chief Technology Office where he led the creation and implementation of Morgan Stanley’s multi-year strategy and target state architecture and the evolution of the bank into a modern, efficient and effective organization.
Prior to Morgan Stanley Tsvi’s served in various CIO and CTO in several banks including Merrill Lynch/Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO and Wells Fargo as well as in non-banks including Exigen Capital (a private equity firm) where he was a General Partner, AT&T where he was President of ATT.COM and Time Warner Music where, as CIO, he led the launch of the digital transformation towards on-line music. Tsvi was a US representative to the G7, an advisor to the president of Rutgers University and is a 20-year mentor at Columbia University. He was also board member in Israel Discount Bank and several companies where he was assisting in setting the strategy and execution that led to IPOs and MAs. In addition to GIVE, Tsvi is currently a board member of WIZZ Financial and Wand.AI as well an advisor to ThetaRay (a cognitive AI ant-fraud).

Mark Minevich
Mark is the former CTO of IBM and founder and Co-Chair of the World Artificial Intelligence Organization and AI Pioneers based in New York. Mr. Minevich is a highly regarded and trusted Digital Cognitive AI Strategist, Artificial Intelligence expert, Global Social Innovation and Technology Executive.
He is also Chairman of the Executive committee of AI for Good Foundation. GGV advises large global enterprises and brands both in the US, EU, South America and Japan and collaborates with leading investment organizations and private wealth focused on digitalization and Artificial Intelligence.
Mark is Sr. Advisor to Boston Consulting Group and BCG Gamma. Currently, he serves as the strategic advisor and Global ambassador to the CEO and Chairman of New York based Amelia/IPsoft Inc. In Japan, he advises Hitachi on disruptive technology, AI and Climate Change. He is also a Special Advisor to AI Lab, Josef Stefan Institute and Industrial Advisory Board Member – The Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Serbia. He is Private Investor. From private portfolios, he is a Business Advisor to Infosec Global and DarwinAI among others. He was an early member of founding management team for successful startups that attracted investment and created exits such as ClubMom, VitaSave, etc.
Mark was appointed as member of World Economic Forum Future Council and involved with WEF initiatives. Mark is the co-founder and Founding Chair of the Digital Pioneers Network and AI Pioneers Circle based in New York.
Prior to this position, Mark was the Vice Chair of Ventures and External Affairs, as well as CTO at the Comtrade Group, an international technology conglomerate. His knowledge has been cited and his name has been featured in articles on an international scale. He joined GIVE Inc. in 2018 as Chief AI Advisor and designed the bootstrap focus towards applied AI.

Dr. Leo Grimaldi
Dr. Grimaldi is a Harvard trained physician-scientist and global health leader who led the development of the GIVE mHealth AI solution for healthcare delivery for population health at Harvard School of Public Health for over 5 years. He focused on improving Access & Use evidence generation strategy across therapeutic areas and modalities. At the conclusion of the production of the GIVE mHealth AI solution, he joined Amgen to become Director of Commercialization.

Dr. Uzma Syed
Dr. Syed directed GIVE Inc.'s method for digitizing national healthcare systems and has been featured as an expert in infectious diseases on several media outlets including BBC, CBS, ABC, NPR, New York Times, and Newsweek. Dr. Syed cares passionately about education. She is the founder and CEO of Align Us Inc, a 501c3 organization providing career mentorship for high school students. She was the lead doctor who financed GIVE mHealth's transition from Harvard to the global stage.

Dr. John Mattison
Dr. Mattison is an Operating Partner and Chief Medical Information Officer of Arsenal. He led the GIVE mHealth Harvard Faculty Club Global Health Transformation objectives. His leadership led the company from switching focus from Blockchain in AI to focus on AI. Previously, Dr. Mattison was Chief Medical Information Officer for the Southern California Region of Kaiser Permanente, in which capacity he helped support the growth of one of the nation’s leading integrated healthcare institutions.

His leadership was enhanced by his background and journey of improving health and quality of life for the most vulnerable individuals in the U.S. and around the world, and with a great focus on developing countries (especially in Latin America, Africa, and Asia) and minorities. Dr. Grimaldi -alongside with other public health Ivy League School trained leaders- offers innovative solutions for the most challenging public health problems of our current days and provides a platform with solutions aimed at helping to transform global health care by connecting professionals, information, insights through the GIVE mHealth AI technology with state-of-the-art research and clinical trials.
